Reiki Classes
Reiki is a simple hands-on healing method founded by Mikao Usui, a monk from Kyoto, Japan. It can be used for healing an aspect of our own life or to help others by re-establishing balance and harmony on the physical, emotional and mental planes so that the natural function is restored.
Reiki is simple to learn, even a child can learn it. By the end of the class, you will be able to give Reiki, and the practice itself will continue to teach you. You will develop your natural intuitive powers by learning to feel a client’s energy.
Reiki 1st Degree class
The class is divided into four sections, each about three hours. There are four initiations given in each class by the Reiki Master/Teacher. The form of the class is simple, even a child is able to take the class. By the 4th initiation, you will have life long access to Reiki in your hands and the skill to use it on yourself and others. The important part of the practice is practicing daily Self Treatment. In addition, you will learn the 3-part foundation treatment of hand positions: Front of the body, Head and Back of the body. Reiki First Degree Class is both academic and experiential.
At the end of the class, you will be able to apply Reiki energy to yourself and others. Reiki 1 class is complete in itself. You do not need to take the next level unless you choose to do so.

Reiki 2nd Degree class
The Next step to advance you in your Reiki Journey. This class is open to Reiki First Degree students of Anu Butani. At least six months should have passed since you took the First Degree class. Self-treatment to have been practiced regularly since then, which then ensures that you are ready for the increased energy to come to you in the Second Degree.
You will learn new techniques:
MORE POWER: Increase of Power during the Reiki Treatment process.
MENTAL TREATMENTS: This teaches you how to use Reiki to help with mental and emotional problems.
ABSENT TREATMENTS: This technique teaches you how to use Reiki for distant healing, helping others from a distance.
REVIEW: A full review of the hands-on treatment process will be done.
INITIATIONS: Receive two Initiations.
