Reiki is Presence. Presence of the ONE.

Reiki is a simple hands-on healing method founded by Mikao Usui in 1926, a monk from Kyoto, Japan.

It is a deeply relaxing and restorative healing art that gently guides the body, mind, and spirit back into balance. It helps dissolve stress, calm the nervous system, and invites a profound sense of inner peace. As you receive Reiki, you are simply supported in becoming fully present — and it is in this sacred presence that true healing begins. As Reiki practitioners, we are not “healers.” We do not fix or diagnose. Instead, we hold space with loving awareness, allowing each individual to reconnect with their own inner healing intelligence — the wholeness that is already within them.

Reiki is not something outside of us. It is a universal life force that exists in everyone and everywhere — in breath, in stillness, in nature, and in Love. When we receive Reiki or offer it to others, we are not doing — we are simply being — and allowing the process to unfold.


For those who choose to learn & practice Reiki, it becomes much more than a modality. It becomes a path of presence, awakening, and self-discovery. With time, we come to see that Reiki gently returns us to the truth of who we are. It gives us life as it makes plants grow and birds fly. We draw from this Energy when we suffer with pain whether it is physical, mental or emotional to help restore balance and harmony.

Private Reiki Sessions
Anu (Reiki Master) offers private sessions of varied lengths, tailored to your needs. Whether you are seeking deep relaxation, emotional & mental release, or a spiritual reset, each session supports your unique healing process. All sessions can be booked directly online, through the website. During a Reiki session, the individual remains fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table.  Anu, Reiki Master, puts her hands very safely in different positions on the body for a length of time. Most clients report feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful during and after a session. Others may experience warmth, coolness, or tingling sensations during the session. They may even fall asleep.  The experience is different for each person though the session is the same.

Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 Classes
Anu teaches both Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 classes. Reiki 1 focuses on self-healing and becoming present. Reiki 2 introduces the sacred symbols and distant healing. Classes can be booked online and are open to all who feel called to explore the Reiki path.

Reiki Master Training
When a Reiki 2 practitioner feels a sincere calling to go deeper, Anu offers Reiki Master (MC) training. This is not a class to sign up for, but a spiritual path to walk together. If one feels drawn to this next step, Anu welcomes them to reach out for a personal conversation to explore their readiness and intention.
