Reiki Treatments

Each Reiki session begins with a gentle conversation, offering you space to share what you are experiencing — physically, emotionally, or simply how you are feeling in the moment. This allows the session to be guided with awareness, care, and intention.

You will then be invited to relax comfortably, either lying on a treatment table or seated in a chair, remaining fully clothed. As the session begins, I place my hands safely in different positions on the body. Reiki is a quiet and natural process. There is nothing you need to do — simply rest and “be”.

Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace, as if the body and mind are gently unwinding. You may feel warmth, coolness, or subtle sensations as you begin to resonate. At times, you may even drift into sleep.

Each experience is unique.

Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and invites a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and inner connection.

After the session, we take a few moments to gently reconnect and share any reflections that may arise.

75 minute Reiki Session

A 75-minute Reiki session offers a gentle yet deeply restorative introduction to energy healing. This session allows time for relaxation, balancing, and intuitive energy work—supporting the release of tension and restoring a sense of calm and clarity. Ideal for those new to Reiki, it provides a nurturing space to experience the flow of energy and reconnect with your inner stillness.

95 minute Reiki Session

90 minutes of Reiki Treatment is a much longer duration of the session. The effects of this session is felt by the client who speaks of being in a very peaceful and calm state of mind. Often a sense of transformation in the client begins. The experience of each session varies according to the length of the treatment. During this session also, the individual remains fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair. The experience is different for each person.
