Reiki Treatments

Reiki treatment session always starts with a conversation between Anu, Reiki Master/Practitioner and the client. She listens to the clients current state of body and mind. Upon completion of the session, another conversation takes place for further assessment. During the Reiki session, the individual remains fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair. She places her hands gently in different positions on the clients body for a length of time. Most clients report feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful during and after a session. Others may experience warmth, coolness, or tingling sensations during the session. You may even fall asleep. The experience is different for each person. Reiki ‘meets you’ where you are.

75 minute Reiki Session

Reiki treatment is received in a quiet private room, with soft pleasing music playing. A 60 minute Reiki session is a full session where the client receives the treatment on the front of the body, head and back body for a longer period of holding the hand positions. It usually will have a deeper effect. The Life Energy of the Universe is transferred into the client through the Practitioners hands which helps in the improvement of the clients physical, mental and emotional body. Physical pain receives relief. Mental worry, stress and other related anxiety usually dissolves at the end of the session. The individual remains fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair. The experience is different for each person.

95 minute Reiki Session

90 minutes of Reiki Treatment is a much longer duration of the session. The effects of this session is felt by the client who speaks of being in a very peaceful and calm state of mind. Often a sense of transformation in the client begins. The experience of each session varies according to the length of the treatment. During this session also, the individual remains fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair. The experience is different for each person.

120 minutes of Reiki Treatment is a much longer duration of the session. The effects of this session is felt by the client who speaks of being in a very peaceful and calm state of mind.
